Should for any reason the effective cost of dispatching your order significantly exceed the delivery fees charged to you, Robyn reserves the right to contact you to discuss the matter of post and packaging charges and on some very rare cases cancel your order.

    Delivery outside of the EU:

    If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import tax levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such additional charges and are not liable for them.

    PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS WHEN DELIVERED, DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

We endeavour to provide the best customer service possible. Should a problem arise, we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, should the problem be unsolvable, or you prefer to amend or cancel your order, please contact us.

If you decide to cancel an order after the products have been dispatched and commenced their carriage to you by carrier or post, we may charge you for the carriage of those products. We advise you check the status of the order before you request cancellation. Any charges will be communicated to you before we confirm the cancellation.
