• Items are returned at buyers own shipping, postage and packaging costs.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please do not send your purchase back the manufacturer.
  • Non-payment plan Items purchased on our website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery by firstly contacting Robyn Baby Boutique for an RA code (Returns Authorisation Code) then print off and complete the Online Returns form and return it with the goods.
  • The Returns address is found on the returns form and provided with your RA code
  • To be eligible for a refund after informing us about the return you must return the item within 14 days of obtaining your RA code, ensure all items that are returned are unused, in perfect condition / the same condition you received it, odour and stain free, with any original packaging and the original labels still attached, we reserve the right at our discretion to reject returns if we feel they do not meet the above.
  • Please ensure your order number and RA number is written on the front of your parcel.
  • Any Items returned after the 14 days cancellation period you will need to advise Robyn Baby Boutique via phone or email of the intention to return and you will be offered a gift voucher credit, all returns must reach us within 28 days of the date order was received or first delivery was attempted.
  • For items received after 28 days, a credit voucher will be issued.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition they were delivered.
  • Partial refunds or credit voucher are granted (if applicable) for Any item, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • must include the original shoebox as this forms and is considered part of the item in its original condition please do not use the shoebox as packaging.  Shoebox fees will be deducted from any refund when footwear is returned in a damaged shoebox or without the original shoebox.We will process your return within 14 days from receipt, refunds will be made via the original method of payment, Your bank may take a further 3-5 days to process the funds back to your account. Please note we cannot confirm receipt of items during processing, please track your delivery for piece of mind that it has got to us safely. You will receive an email once the refund has been processed by us.You as the customer is responsible for all costs for the return, ensure your receipt is kept and adequate insurance cover is purchased, in the event of the parcel being lost it is your responsibility to claim on your parcel insurance.Exchange – If you wish to exchange a product to save disappointment we advise that you send the goods back for a refund WITHIN 28 DAYS by obtaining an RA code using the Online Returns form and order the new product through our website. Our products sell quickly and we cannot hold products or guarantee their availability whilst your return is processed. All postage fees are applicable and not refundable.Robyn Payment Plan Returns a credit will be noted on your account, if you are paying off a new order in full please email customer service for a credit voucher code, if you wish to set up a new  Payment Plan please place your order then email us with your new order number where we will be happy to apply your owed credit balance.In addition to Robyn’s refund policy, under the UK’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days.If a purchase includes a free gift which is not included in the returned item(s), the cost of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

We will not accept returns on:

  • Any worn clothing or footwear (only applicable for Robyn’s New Collection)
  • Socks without the original packaging, The packaging cannot be split or torn
  • Tights
  • Hair bands/hair clips
  • Baby Bottles
  • Dummies
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear (with the protective hygiene strip removed)
  • Personalised Goods
  • Gift Vouchers or Credit Notes

You are responsible for the safe and timely return of your items to us, including any postage costs, insurance, Customs & Duty charges for international returns, etc. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges, loss or delays in this process.

If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
